After having a chat with Mr Spero for some time on the phone before my visit, the picture had been drawn for me of how badly he had been let down by this company and exactly what had been done. Following a lengthy chat and being told everything I had a good look around, and there you have it, the same old cowboy trick – clad over the old roof.
Water coming in due to no ventilation and condensation build up, shoddy lead work, again allowing water in, uPVC hollow cladding on the inside that was sagging and pulling apart, faulty electrical lighting works with no Part-P, VELUX roof light fixed with expanding foam, and the best was shed felt shingles nailed to the outside.
We sat down and had a conversation about what Greenoak and SupaLite roofs could do for them. Greenoak was instructed to carry out the project there and then and we started 6 weeks later.
Throughout the whole process, Greenoak office staff, surveyors, and professional trained fitting teams and I have been there at every stage for Mr and Mrs Spero to complete yet another very satisfied customer.
