Description:
As an Order and Quotation Processor, you will play a crucial role in our sales and operations processes by efficiently handling customer orders and preparing accurate quotations. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills will be vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders received via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring all required information is complete and correct.
Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements, product specifications, and pricing policies.
Collaborate with the sales team to address any customer inquiries or concerns and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, quotations, and related documentation in the company’s CRM system.
Continuously monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant parties.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve the order and quotation processing workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of roofing products and materials is a plus.
