From the get-go, Dale explained in detail what was wrong with our clad over roof and why they don’t work. Dale then spoke about how the SupaLite Tiled Roof was the answer and was a fantastic roof to replace the inefficient clad over.
The whole process from start to finish has been a breath of fresh air. From Dale at Greenoak explaining everything, to having Aaron from SupaLite onsite to lend a hand and explain everything will be ok and that we’re in safe hands. It gave us confidence again.
For any homeowner considering a clad over option, do not do it. They cause more problems than you can imagine. Do your research, educate yourself on different systems. We had less issues with our old original polycarbonate roof.
