With over 30 years of industry experience, their team is committed to helping homeowners create spaces they truly love.
We recently partnered with Quay Construction & Glazing on a conservatory roof replacement – transforming the original structure into a bright, modern haven that the homeowners now enjoy every day. This installation was also the winner of our Installer of the Month competition in April!
Project Overview
The homeowners approached Quay Construction and Glazing with a clear vision: to modernise their outdated polycarbonate conservatory and create a practical, stylish living space that could be enjoyed all year round. Their aim was to enhance the functionality of the room while improving thermal efficiency and letting in more natural light.
Quay Construction and Glazing worked closely with the clients to explore a range of options, including roof designs in both glass and tiled systems, as well as window and door choices in aluminium and uPVC.
After careful consideration, the homeowners opted for a SupaLite Tiled Roof System – the ideal choice for improving comfort, performance, and aesthetics. To further enhance the space, two SkyVista Glass Panels were added, flooding the space with natural light while maintaining excellent energy efficiency.
The installation included elegant French doors that open onto a stylish new composite veranda, making it easier to enjoy the garden. Larger windows were fitted, and the original rear elevation window transom was removed – significantly improving the panoramic views of the property’s beautifully landscaped garden.
With the installation of the SupaLite Tiled Roof System, a once-underused conservatory has been transformed into a stylish, practical living area that connects seamlessly with the outdoors.
