"Our new home had an older conservatory which had a major leak from the box gutter and downpipe which we didn't know about. Apple and Oak replaced the entire Edwardian perspex roof with a new angled solid roof. The floor needed completely replacing down to concrete as it was rotten (more than expected) and we also had to replace the flat roof.
